In order to drive the business development, promote the implementation of the Company's strategy, improve employees' ability, and establish learning-oriented organizations, China Tea established the School of Operation Management in 2012, which is based on the managers' capability model, developed more than ten courses in operation management, and set up a training map. The school organizes regular basic training of operating capability, professional ability training, training for new employees, and back-up talents cultivation. Through courseware development and annual training in rotation, the school has formed a team of experienced internal lecturers. In the future, School of Operation Management of China Tea will strengthen cooperation with the external organizations, such as China Institute of Tea Business, to continue to carry out the talent training, so as to build China Tea's core talent competitivity through focusing on improving management thinking, marketing team building, and back-up talents cultivation.
